Try this recipe for simple and decadent homemade chocolate, great for grazing on at summer picnics!

Homemade Chocolate

Ingredients
1 cup cacao butter
1 cup cocoa (or cacao) powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
Directions
- Place 2-3 inches of water in a pot and boil, placing a glass bowl on top to melt cocoa butter (or use a double boiler).
- Remove cocoa butter from heat and add cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
- Allowing the mixture to cool slightly, stir in liquid honey (melt honey if it’s raw honey).
- Mix well, making sure mixture is smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon molds and let it harden for 3-4 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Break pieces into smaller bark pieces or remove from molds and enjoy!
